The G&S Management Services Story
G&S Management Services, LLC (G&S), was formed in 2003 by Gilberto Guarderas, general manager and LLC managing member. From its inception, the primary goal was to establish the infrastructure of the minority-owned company in such a way as to enable G&S to gain entrance into the Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) program. With sheer determination and dedication to this goal, certification was achieved in December 2007.
The strong foundation established early in the company has allowed G&S to succeed within as well as outside of the SBA program. The company is successful in supporting continued growth and expansion, as well as having assembled a highly trained professional team that excels at day-to-day management and operations of G&S.
